What is sub-account?
A sub-account is a secondary account connected to your OKX account. You can create multiple sub-accounts to diversify your trading strategies and reduce risks. Similarly, after becoming a sub-broker, the account will have their own sub-broker code. Users using the Broker will have a Broker Code when placing an order. Once Sub-broker settings are configured, the system generates a Sub-broker Code for the Sub-broker. Users who use the Sub-broker will have the Sub-broker Code when placing orders. After logging in to the sub-account, users can set up the account mode of sub-account separately. Users who have multiple sub-accounts can go to the sub-account management page to set the account mode after logging in to their master accounts. As an upper-level affiliate, can I upgrade a user to a sub-affiliate? You can't upgrade a user to your sub-affiliate in the following scenarios: You've reached the tier limit and cannot add sub-affiliates. In this case, contact the business development manager for assistance. The user hasn't completed identity verification. The user is located in a country or region excluded from the affiliate program.
